She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cook and Freda Cook; and her siblings, Jim Cook and Barbara Mottice. She is survived by: her children, Eric and Ann; and her grandchildren, Collin and Emily Martindale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
