It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Helen Robbins of Oneonta, New York, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Westcott and Rose Westcott (Lorraine); her brother Walter Westcott; her siblings-in-law, Howard (Arthur Robbins) and Mildred Robbins; her son-in-law Austen Asquith; and her granddaughter Karen Bresee.
She is survived by: her significant other Harry W. Robbins; her daughters, Patricia Archer (Russell), Sherry Asquith and Debra Blanchard (Jack); her grandchildren, Blaine Jennings, Scott Jennings (Elizabeth), Austen Asquith (Lori), Brian Asquith (Marcela) and Christopher McTighe (LeeAnn); her granddaughter-in-law Pam Jennings; and her sisters-in-law, Jeanne Westcott and Betty Robbins. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bookhout Funeral Home (357 Main St, Oneonta, NY 13820). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Susquehanna SPCA, 5082-5088 State Highway 28, Cooperstown, NY 13326 in loving memory of Martha H. Robbins.
