Lester R. Grummons Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester R. Grummons of Oneonta, New York, born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester D. Grummons and Mary Grummons (Stella); his children, Mary-Michelle Brown (Geoffrey) of Seattle, WA, Ann Marie Grummons of Oneonta, NY and Michael Allen Grummons (Joe Grimaldi) of Norwalk, CT; his granddaughter Payton Rose (Weston) of Hillsborough, NC; his son Chandler Yorke (Darren) of Raleigh, NC; his brother Leonard Schmidt (Donna) of Owego; his siblings-in-law, Gary Reardon of Valois, NY and Valerie Allen of Virginia Beach; and his wife Sharon A. Allen. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
