He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito DeSalvatore and Maria DeSalvatore (Schiavone); his siblings, Nick and Helen; his wife Ardyce; and his son Gregory DeSalvatore (Bonnie).
He is survived by: his son Vincent DeSalvatore (Denise); his sisters, Theresa DeSalvatore and Jean Anne Natoli; and his grandchildren, Eric DeSalvatore (Chelsea), Christina Murphy (Eric), Ryan DeSalvatore (Erin) and Michelle DeSalvatore (Chris White). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
