He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald W. Truscott and Dorothy J. Truscott (White). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Truscott; his children, Michelle, Timothy Hebbard, Franklin and Todd Truscott; his grandchildren, Jessica E., Tyler Crosby, Chelsea A. Inglis and Christopher J. Kuntz; and his sister Jane. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
