Thompson (Oneonta, New York), born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. O. and Sarah Thompson (Majury); his wife Nancy Thompson; his children, Heather Hotaling and Kenneth Thompson; and his brother Douglas Thompson.

He is survived by: his children, Glenn Thompson (Jane), Jean Downin (Dale), Franklin and Janet Thomas (Chip) of Sunderland, MA; his grandchildren, Kurt Thomas, Lauren Thompson (Rich Kastor), Carley Thompson (Shawn Cliney), Kelly Coolbaugh (Matt), Megan Hotaling, Natalie Downin (Nate Perry), Troy Thompson (Miranda Smith) and Haley Downin; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Coolbaugh and Finley Perry; his brother Donald Thompson (Marilyn) of Belvidere, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Scarr (Marge) and Linda Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
