It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Grace Finnegan of Oneonta, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Joan donated a number of body parts upon her passing in the hope that someone in need could benefit from them. In lieu of any flowers the family would like you to consider making a contribution to the Tri-Town Nursery School in her name.
