He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Frazier and Leslie Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Rodney Frazier (Rosa), Daryl Hickling (Norm), Jackie Roese (Steve), Jay Frazier (Kim) and Michele Frazier (John); his grandchildren, Hunter, Amanda, Hampton, Madison, Rylee, Jackson, Makenna, Kyden, Cohen and Shepherd; and his siblings, Barbara, Crystal, Carla, Clara, Evelyn, Helen, Mary, Leslie and Joanne.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Helios Care in James' memory.
