With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Elizabeth Shaver of Oneonta, New York, born in New Berlin, New York, who passed away on June 19, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Reid Haight and Blanche Padgett Haight Gregory (Padgett); her stepfather John Gregory; and her brothers, Charles Haight, Roy Gregory and Karl Gregory.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Kotasek (Robert Reed) of Marietta, GA and Becky Salisbury of Johns Creek, GA; her brother Donald Haight of Delhi; and her sister-in-law Doreen Gregory of New Berlin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
