With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald M. Harkenreader of Oneonta, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harkenreader and Julia Harkenreader (Greco); and his grandchildren, Josh Margiasso and Tamra Lippit. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Grems; and his grandchildren, Shannon and Christopher. He is also survived by 1 brother, 3 sisters, 8 great-grandchildren.
