We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 87, Frank L. Bevins Jr. of Oneonta, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Bevins Sr. and Alice Bevins (Bell); and his son Frank J. Bevins. He is survived by: his children, Doreen Bird of Florida, Tammy Jo Deyo of Binghamton and Chad Ritchko of Oneonta; and his grandchildren, Julia, Zack Bird, Brittany, Devin, Matthew Deyo, James, Tim, Cassandra and Victor Bevins. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
