With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances G. Bliven of Oneonta, New York, born in Oxford, New York, who passed away on February 4, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bliven and Elizabeth Bliven. She is survived by: her sibling Somerset. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
