He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Platt; his son-in-law John; his siblings, John Thompson, Richard Thompson and Nancy Thompson; his grandchildren, Michael Rose, Derrick Rose and Addison Platt; his close friends, Terry Bryant and Doug Hultman; and also, Stephanie Fraser, Sara Norton, Stacy and Patricia Burnett (Dixson).
