He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Falcone and Beatrice Falcone (Tofani); his sister Rosemarie Carson; and his uncle John Tofani. He is survived by: his wife Helen Falcone; his children, Helen Janett (Andreas) and Alfred Falcone (Maria); his grandchildren, Christina, Julia, Dean, Aliana and Melina; his sister Jeanine Angotti; and his brothers-in-law, Anthony Angotti and David Carson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 39 Walnut Street, Oneonta, NY 13820.
