He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Fisk Gillingham. He is survived by: his father Lynn Gillingham; and his siblings, Vicki Judd, Richard, Gordon, Connie, Sandy and Sherry. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nephews, Nieces, and cousins.

In honor of Danny, donations may be made to Catholic Charities of Oneonta.
