He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Carr and Thelma Carr; his brother Gerald Carr; his brother-in-law William Slawson; his niece Jennifer Loveland; and his nephew Dennis Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Quackenbush; his daughter Teresa; his son-in-law Doug Webster; his grandchildren, Tyler, Melinda, Jonathan, Deseray and Dylan Webster; his brother Roger; his sister-in-law Gloria Carr; and his sister Norma Slawson. He is also survived by her family, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
