He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H., Sr. and Joyce Olexy (Clarke). He is survived by: his wife Mary Olexy (Preston); his daughter Nina; his sisters, Sandy, Cindy and Joan; his stepdaughter Cheryl Worman; and his grandchildren, Raymond, Karmella and Dominic Worman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
