She was predeceased by: her sons, Henry and John; her husband Clifford, Sr.; and her children-in-law, Joseph and Faye.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Giannoccaro of Middletown, Stanley Holmes (Sue) of Oneonta and Clifford Holmes, Jr. (Joann) of Andes; and her grandchildren, Nancy, Stephanie, Stanley Jr. "Chip", Jed and Crystal.
Graveside services will be held at 1PM on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the Hamden Cemetery, Hamden, NY In Lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Cathleen may be made to the DeLancey Presbyterian Church or to the Hamden Seniors Club.
