She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Mazarak and Mary Ann Mazarak (Cook). She is survived by: her husband Richard Martindale; her children, Collin Martindale (Sarah Cox) and Emily Martindale (Erik Hartshorn); her grandson Mason; and her brother Eric Mazarak (Lisa Smith). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
