Perry Jr. of Curtis, A. S, Aria of Adam, H. L, Nouchi, Patrick Luc Raczkowski, Jacklyn C. Souza, Dale S. Holderman, Valary R. Raczkowski, Malina B. Dukaczewicz and Sebastyan J. Dukaczewicz; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Jemma, Onyx, Arina, Rylee, Jewel and Cereburus; his niece Marjorie I. Tribble (Bruce) of Winterville, NC; his great-niece Jessica I. Wallace (Bradley) of Emerald Isle, NC; and also Cody.
