He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William J. Rowe of Oneida and Irene M. Butler Rowe; his wife Maureen Noto; his daughters, Carrie Ward (Paul) of Oneida, Kristen Mclean of Peoria, AZ and Jonna Brown (Eric) of Cazenovia; his siblings, Eric Rowe of Fulton, William Rowe (Susan) of Sherrill, Alex Rowe (Charlene) of Oneida and Faith Morgan of Chittenango; his grandchildren, Colton Mclean, Aubrey Ambrosio (Lori), Kiersee Mclean, Nathan Brown, Addison Mclean and Michael Brown; and his sister-in-law Kathleen.
