He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Siver and Crystal Cunningham Siver; and his mother-in-law Jeanette Burns. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Leslie Skyba (Tomas) of Howard Beach and Matthew D. Siver (Sylwia) of Howard Beach; his granddaughters, Ella and Zoe; his sister-in-law Michele Stanek (John) of Fulton; his niece Lisa Stanek; his nephews, Robert Burns and Jack Stanek; and his aunt Wanda Herrick of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by cousins, many grand-nieces and nephews.
