He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George A. Waters and Blanche Spencer Waters; his wife Janice Mason of John's Episcopal Church; his daughter Sandra; his son-in-law John Harrison of Durhamville; and his sister Rena W. Rossi of Oneida. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
