He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Ruddy; his mother Helen Ruddy; and his sister Dolores Suda. He is survived by: his children, Matthew J. Ruddy of Oneida, NY and Jennifer R. Strong (Brian) of Wake Forest, NC; his grandchildren, Brayden, Colin, Quin, Addison, Peyton and Christian (Mary Haley) of East Syracuse, NY; his sister Theresa Ruddy; and his godson Dale Powers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (141 Main St, Binghamton, NY 13905). A Mass will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Blessed Sacrament Church (465 Clubhouse Rd, Vestal, NY 13850). A burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (501 Fairview St, Johnson City, NY 13790).
