She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clayton D. Locke and Marguerite P. Alcott Locke; her spouse Benjamin Richmond; her children, Jerry A. Richmond of Oneida, Bryan W. Richmond of New Port Richie, FL and Randy D. Richmond of Zephyr Hills, FL; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Evans of Utica; her grandchildren, Sherry Hicks (Thomas), Jerrod Richmond (Heidi), James Richmond, Steven Richmond (Melissa), Jinelle Jenkins (Morgan), Jerry Richmond, Jr. (Kate), Jeremy Richmond (Tracy Wright), Nicholas Wickham (Heather), David Richmond and Alison Kenyon (Sam); her son Benjamin C. Richmond; her brother Gerald Locke; her sister-in-law Dorothy Locke; her niece Jeanine Breidis; and her nephew Gary Locke. She was also cherished by 28 great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
