Roger F. Carpenter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger F. Carpenter in Oneida, New York, born in Canastota, New York, who passed away on December 19, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford Carpenter and Dorothy Conklin Carpenter; his children, Susan Carpenter of Canastota, David Carpenter (Sandra) of Blossvale and Michael Carpenter of Oneida; his grandchildren, David Carpenter (Natasha), Payg Martyn, Danielle Carpenter and Cody Carnaya (Aryn); his great grandchildren, Madison, Jaxson, Mackenzie, Grayson, Wyatt, Luna and Gea; his nieces, Tracey Burkey and Lisa Edlund; and his brother Richard Carpenter (Lita Hilts).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services will be held privately with interment taking place in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in the spring.
Contributions may be made to the Canastota VFW, GLAS or to the Canastota Fire Department.
