She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Silas Moore and Mary Elizabeth Briggs Foor; her husband George E. Harvey, III; her children, George Harvey, IV (Tammy) of Oneida, Melanie Fountain (Jeffrey) of Canastota and Janice Hood of Oneida Castle; and her son-in-law Thomas Hood.
