Bowman; his children, Peter Phillips, Jr. (Tammy) of Munnsville, Heidi Cronizer (Herb) of Durhamville and Heather Jackson (Ronald) of Verona; his grandchildren, Jessika (Colt Herring), Karley, Haley, Ian and Kayson; his siblings, Linda Butler (John) of Oneida, Connie York of Hamilton and Nate Phillips-Frey (Clyde); and his brother-in-law Gary Loucks of Canastota.
