She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Emmons and Jeanette Emmons; her brother Freddie Emmons; and her nephew Jeffrey Palmer, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Terra Clark (Hank) of Vernon Center, Larry Webb Jr. (Sara Lyons) of Vernon Center and Gloria Webb (Daniel Lasher) of Vernon Center; her grandchildren, Ethan, Emma and Grace; her siblings, Eugene Emmons (Sharon) of Oneida, Iva Thurston (Hollis) of Morrisville, Diana Harp (Dennis) of Vernon, Judy Garlock (Paul) of Seymour, TN, Christopher Emmons (Tina) of Durhamville, Cindy Palmer (Jeff) of Canastota and Shellie English (Jim) of Canastota; and the father of her children Larry Webb, Sr. of Normandy, TN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
