She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Quinlivan and Rose Quinlivan; and her brother Edward. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Ruddy; her children, Matthew J. Ruddy of Oneida, NY and Jennifer R. Strong (Brian) of Wake Forest, NC.; and her grandchildren, Brayden, Colin, Quin, Addison, Peyton and Christian. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
