He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Allen and Shirley Loomis (Mohorter). He is survived by: his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Heather Allen of Kirkville; his daughter Kristen; his son-in-law Michael Pallotta of Chittenango; his significant other Debbie Cassidy of Oneida; his stepchildren, Caroline Cassidy and Courtney Morrow (David); his grandchildren, Sophie Allen, Liam Allen, Simon Morrow and Finley Morrow; and his sister Melinda Allen of Cicero. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
It has been requested that memorials be made to the New York State Designer Blacksmiths Scholarship Fund, PO Box 21, Oneida, NY 13421.
