He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. O'Herien and Elizabeth LaFave O'Herien; and his siblings, Donna Conte, Cynthia Garbutt, Leonard, William and Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Roseann Scerbo; his children, Jessica Burnett (John) of Canastota, Phillip O'Herien (Barbie) of Oneida and David Dungey of Stockbridge; his grandchildren, John Burnett III, Elizabeth Dungey, Mackenzie Burnett, Victoria Burnett and Isabell Burnett; and his sister Lori Morgan (Dennis) of Oneida.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home (260 Main St, Oneida, NY 13421). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
