He is survived by: his wife Roseann Scerbo; his children, Jessica Burnett (John) of Canastota, Phillip O'Herien (Barbie) of Oneida and David Dungey of Stockbridge; his grandchildren, John Burnett III, Elizabeth Dungey, Mackenzie Burnett, Victoria Burnett and Isabell Burnett; and his sister Lori Morgan (Dennis) of Oneida.
