It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Chandler (Oneida, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Haskins and Hazel Haskins. She was also cherished by two sisters; a brother; several nieces, nephews and close friends.
