She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wilkes and Catherine Koenig Wilkes; her children, Thomas M. Whitcomb, Archie S. Whitcomb, Kathy Jo Wallace and James C. Whitcomb, Jr.; her grandson David A. Wallace; and her siblings, Joseph Wilkes (Stephanie), James Wilkes, Roselda Johnson (Ronald) and Shirley Highers.
She is survived by: her husband James C. "Butch" Whitcomb, Sr.; her daughters, Robyn Barbano (Mark) of Oneida and Terry Maphia (Paul) of Oneida; her children-in-law, Chad Wallace of Oneida and Rebecca Whitcomb of Copperas Cove, TX; her grandchildren, Nickalaus Wallace (Lenka), Ashley Wilson, Jr. (Doug), John Barbano, Steven Barbano (Chelsea), Andrew Barbano (Kelly), Daniel Barbano, Michelle Gray (Kurt), Rachel Pace (Jerry), Cristy Maphia (Nick Tedesco), Michael Whitcomb (Erin), Corey Whitcomb (Katie Savoy), Katie Whitcomb, Brittany Whitcomb (Fernando Cisneros), Jessica Whitcomb (Kaitlyn) and James Whitcomb, III (Bailey); and her sister-in-law Rosalie Wilkes. She is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
