He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Solvay and Helen Cornelia Perry (Reed); his children, Deborah Ann Moore (Kevin) of Sparta, WI. and Charles Andrew Perry (Brenda Diedrich-Long) of Holcombe, WI.; his grandsons, Lucas Earl Moore (Andrea) and William Glenn Moore (Natalie); and his brother Richard Lee (Laurie Perry).
