He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Mondrick and Rose Horodnicki Mondrick of Lee Center, NY.; his sister Dorothy; and his brother-in-law Steven VanHoeven. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Hermann; his children, John (Meghan), Julie Ano (Shawn) and David (Sarah); his grandchildren, John Paul III and Lyra Ano; and his siblings, Kenneth, Robert (Mary Claire), James (Tammy), Rose Jones (L. James) and Martin (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
