He was predeceased by: his father John Boylan; and his brother John Boylan. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Stabb Boylan of Verona; his daughter Hailie Chandler of Lakeport; his grandson Mason Ghezzi; and his sister Danielle Brown (Paul) of Durhamville.
