We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jay Blowers (Oneida, New York), born in Canastota, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blowers and Virginia Elliott Blowers; and his brother John "Jack" Blowers. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Blowers of Margate, Terry Blowers of Wampsville and Thomas (Maxine Blowers). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
