It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Elaine Featherly (Oneida, New York), born in Canastota, New York, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Armas Miller and Ruby Stanton Miller; her daughter Shelly Kay Featherly; her granddaughter Alexandra Mae Featherly; her great grandchild Xander Cage Hoag; and her siblings, Sharon Thornton, Carol Card, Darlene Coates, Shirley Tyrell, David, Dennis, Donnie and Robert Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Featherly, Sr.; her children, Tammy Lynn Hoag (Daniel), Kimberly Sue Dela Riva (Johnny), Tracie Marie Hopkins (Levi), Jodi Lee Featherly (Kristian Hopkins), Vicki Elaine Hughes (Korey), Larry Wayne Featherly (Dianna) and Frank Armas Featherly; her godson David Wesley Coates; and her nieces, Dorie and Carol Ann. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
