Glen H. Wheelock Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen H. Wheelock Sr. of Oneida, New York, who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wheelock and Margaret Wheelock (Elm) of Onondaga; his wife Maureen; his siblings, Beatrice, Frances, Shirley, Lucita, Brenda and David; his stepdaughters, Cathy, Susan and Korleen; and his son John.
He is survived by: his children, Kyle, Glen Jr. and Becky Wheelock; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Glen III (Celine), Steven, Jaiden, Gabriella, Joseph and Tristan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Delaney Greabell Adydan Funeral Home (241 Kinne St, East Syracuse, NY 13057). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery (4069 Howlett Hill Rd, Syracuse, NY 13215).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to honor Glen's wishes and donate to the VFW National Home.
