Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Donald H Foley (Oneida, New York), born in Clinton, New York, who passed away, on October 19, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Foley and Alpha Hillage Foley; and his siblings, Anna Davy, Charles "Bud" Foley and Harold Foley.

He is survived by: his wife Annette Stratton; his children, Anna Foley, Donna Sparkes (William) and Mark Foley (Dianne); his grandchildren, Tyler Foley (Amanda), Caitlyn Sparkes, Ryan Sparkes, Matthew Foley, Christopher Foley and Makala Foley; his siblings, Dorothy O'Connor, Carol Gleason, Thomas Foley (Nora), Richard Foley and David Foley; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Foley and Bertha Foley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
