She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Loomis and Katherine Wolverton Loomis; her former husband Raymond L. Evans; and her siblings, Joan, Gwen and Charles.
She is survived by: her husband Wallace Gary Tuttle; her daughters, Tamra Cardinali (Jeff) of Oneida, Arden Blair (Doug) of Dale City, VA, Vicky Taylor (Lynn) of Hamilton, Rhonda Marchand (Steven) of Oneida and Jody Provost (Michael) of Stockbridge, GA; her grandchildren, Kate, Amanda, Arielle, Alex, Aaron, Olivia, Steven, Ashley, Jole and Michaela; and her sisters, Barb and Pauline.
Memorial contributions may be made in Diana's memory to either the Oneida Firemen's Benevolent Assn.
