Debra J O'Neil Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra J O'Neil of Oneida, New York, born in Johnson City, New York, who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her stepmother Pamela Vredenburgh (Rappleya); her parents-in-law, Mercedes (Perez) and Charles O'Neil; her grandparents, Ellamae (Myers), Lester Hanson, Grace (Marks) and Marion "Andy" Vredenburgh; her uncle Richard "Dick" Hanson; and her cousins, Joe Vredenburgh and Elizabeth Thompson.

She is survived by: her mother Diane Vredenburgh (Hanson) of Chenango Forks; her husband Paul A. O'Neil of Oneida; her friends, Dan, Mike, Erica, Laura, Lisa and Sharon; her daughters, Kelcie O'Neil (Alex Jacobs) of Jersey City, NJ and Lauren O'Neil of Oneida; her father Don Vredenburgh of Chenango Forks; her brothers, Dan Vredenburgh (Katie Palm) of Delhi, Jacob Vredenburgh (Amanda) and Zach Vredenburgh (Kara) of Manlius; her brothers-in-law, Charles O'Neil (Lisa) of Mineville, Timothy O'Neil (Elaine) of Pottersville and Richard O'Neil (Nancy) of Ballston Lake; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Leo of Milton, VT, Guy of Milton, VT, Chris O'Neil (Micaela) of Lyon Mountain, Logan O'Neil of Tuscaloosa, AL, Madison, Olivia, Molly and Thomas; her niece Elsie Vredenburgh; and also Jaime Nichols (Adam). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family respectively asks that you wear a mask regardless of vaccination status within the funeral home.
