He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Proctor and Marion Rushlow Proctor; and his siblings, Janet, Ronald and Joan.
He is survived by: his wife Maryrose Mason; his daughters, Kelly Bassett of Chittenango, Julie Benedict (Eric) of Cazenovia, Lorie Emlaw (Steve) of Cazenovia and Kerry Highers (CJ) of Canastota; his grandchildren, Tyler, Rebecca Benedict, Dylan Bassett, Kolby, Killian Emlaw, Cooper and Kaylie Highers; and his sister Karen Otts of Cazenovia.
