Charles F. Tracy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2021, at the age of 90, Charles F. Tracy (Oneida, New York), born in Ogdensburg, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Tracy and Helen O'Field Tracy; and his sisters, Beverly Budlong, Dolores Davies, Lorraine Millson and Joyce Downing.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Haynes; his children, Malinda Barkschat of Louisiana, Bernard Tracy (Sue) of Liverpool, David Tracy of Rome and Mark Tracy (Cindy) of Munnsville; and his stepdaughter Cynthia Driscoll (William) of Oneida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing must be maintained and facial coverings are required.
