She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Armstrong and Eleanor Brown Armstrong; her husband Rodney J. Staring; her daughter Heather; her son-in-law Randy Orsino of Blossvale; her brothers, Roger (Betty Armstrong) and Burton (Bertha Armstrong); her grandchildren, Alexis Alura-Mae, Amber Rose and Adam Vincent Orsino; and her brother Caryl Armstrong. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
