With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Laurin (Oneida Castle, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on April 4, 2020 at the age of 99. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard Schug and Anita Burnap Schug; her husband John A. Laurin; her children, Jeffrey J. Laurin (Heidi Kitchen) of Oneida Castle and Sharon Fasce of Brewerton; and her grandchildren, Angela Laurin, Laurie Davis, Carrie Boyko, Jennifer Russo, Bryon Metot, Christopher Metot, Christian Fasce, Caitlin Fasce, Kellen Fasce and Amanda Metot. She was also cherished by several great-grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, her funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family from the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Inc, 260 Main Street, Oneida.
