She is survived by: her children, Donna Garraffa of Kingston, John W. Fagerstrom, III (Melinda Robinson) of Glenford and Carl Fagerstrom of Kingston. She is also survived by grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other dear family members.
