It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Bennett of Olivebridge, New York, born in Flushing, New York, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Prochaska and Dorothy Prochaska; and her sister Anne Nissen. She is survived by: her sons, Aaron Bennett (Jeanenne) of Oliverea and Ryan Bennett (Amber) of South Range, MI.; her friend Will Krein; her siblings, Ellen Shultis of Olivebridge, Louise Bolter of Kingston and Earl Prochaska of Olivebridge; her grandchildren, Hudson, Joshua, Samuel, Matthew, Eli and Tug Bennett; and her former husband Richard Bennett.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ulster County SPCA or the Alzheimer's Association.
