It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eileen (Phelan) Monarch (Olivebridge, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phelan and Marion (Glennon); her siblings, Donald (Bobby), Mary Anne (Mannie) and William; and her nephews, William Jr. and Donald Phelan.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle of Stone Ridge, James of Kingston, William of Olivebridge and Paula (Louis) of Gallupville; and her siblings, Regina (McGrane) and James. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, services will be private and a memorial will be held at a later date.
